Speak Kitchen
How it works

How it works

Three steps, none of them done sitting down. The product is that nobody has to remember to write anything down.

  1. Say it out loud

In the kitchen, at the bar or in the storeroom: "we're out of semi-cured cheese, five please". Hands busy, service running, the usual noise in the background.

  2. It writes itself down

Speak Kitchen transcribes the note, pulls out the products and quantities and files them under today's shift. No signal? The note waits on the phone and uploads itself later.

  3. At closing, the order

When service ends you have the summary of everything said and one order per supplier already written: the cheese to whoever brings your cheese, the drinks to the distributor. WhatsApp opens with their number and the text ready, or your email if they only have email, and you decide what to change before sending.

It works with kitchen noise

Tested with kitchen noise in the background and someone else talking right next to it. The microphone is tuned to pick up the person speaking, not the extractor hood.
