Plans and billing

The service is provided on a monthly subscription. Prices and what each plan includes are those shown on the pricing page at the time of subscribing. **Prices are shown excluding VAT**; the applicable tax is added at checkout according to your country and whether you provide a valid VAT number. The Grupos plan is billed per venue and adjusts pro rata when a restaurant is added or removed.

Billing is handled by Stripe. The subscription renews monthly until cancelled, from within the application, effective at the end of the paid period. There is no minimum term.

What to expect

Transcription and product extraction are automatic and can be wrong, especially with background noise or unusual vocabulary. Text can be corrected by hand and the products are worked out again from the correction.

The supplier order is a draft. Check it before sending. Nothing is sent on your behalf automatically unless you turn on automatic sending by email, which is off by default: then the order for each supplier with an email goes out at the time you set, with the exclusions you mark, and you can turn it off at any time.

Governing law

Spanish law applies. The Spanish version of these texts is the binding one.
