Supplier orders without writing anything
Your team says out loud what's missing. Speak Kitchen splits it between your suppliers and leaves each order ready: with a button, or on its own at the time you choose.
Good evening, Maite.
Here's the order from Casa Lola:
- Semi-cured cheese: 5 units
- Cream: 2 l
Thank you.

One order per supplier, with its button
You add each supplier with their WhatsApp or email and what they supply: dairy, drinks, meat, fish, fruit and veg, dry goods, frozen, cleaning. At closing, each one has their order with only their items and a button that opens WhatsApp or email with the message already written.
It learns who each thing goes to
Anything that doesn't fit a category you assign with one tap from the order itself and it stays fixed. Anything you've sent twice to the same supplier goes there on its own. And if there's no way to know, it stays «unassigned»: it never guesses, because sending the drinks to the cheese supplier is exactly what must not happen.
A message that reads as written by you
Good morning or good evening depending on the time, the supplier's name, the restaurant's once, each product with its quantity and your signature. No emojis, no templates.
Automatic by email, at the time you choose
You set a time and each email supplier gets their order with what's pending for the day, without you doing anything. Off by default. You can exclude suppliers, what you already sent by hand is not repeated, and you get on your phone or by email what went out, with a button per WhatsApp supplier.
By WhatsApp, you always press send
WhatsApp doesn't allow sending messages without someone pressing send, and we don't want software that one day sends the wrong order. The order arrives prepared and you send it with one tap from your own number.
History per supplier
Every order you've sent them, with date and time, how it went out and each product with its quantity. When a delivery note doesn't add up, there's what was ordered.
Questions about orders
Do my suppliers need to use the app?
No. They get a normal WhatsApp or email, like always. The only difference is that it arrives written, sorted and on time.
What if a supplier supplies several things?
Tick all their categories. If two suppliers supply the same, the first one on your list gets the order, and any product can be moved with one tap.
Which plan is it in?
The order per supplier, the automatic send and the history come with the Pro and Groups plans. Fourteen days free, no card.
