Tasks for your team, said out loud

What breaks gets said during service, not written down afterwards. Here that notice stops being a loose sentence and gets an owner, a date and a “done”.

From what is said to what stays

«Juan, change the seal on the back fridge tomorrow»

Change the seal on the back fridge

For Juan Tomorrow

It comes from a notice that was already there

When someone says “the back fridge is broken”, the app keeps it apart from the stock and leaves it as a notice for the shift. One tap and that notice is a task, with the wording already written: nothing to type.

Or you just say it

“Juan, change the seal tomorrow” is enough. If Juan is on the team, the task comes out in his name and with the date set. If the name does not match exactly one person, it comes out unassigned and you hand it over: it is never given to the wrong Juan.

Everyone sees their own

The cook opens the app and sees their two tasks, not the fifteen of the whole restaurant. You see them all, who has each one and which ones are running late.

And they remind themselves

One phone notification each, once a day and only if there is something pending. At closing, tomorrow’s tasks come out as a message ready to send to the team group.

A list and a button

No boards, no columns and no “in progress”: nobody touches that in a kitchen. A task is pending or done, and whoever closed it is recorded with the time.

Questions about tasks

Do my staff have to install anything?

No. They sign in with their name and a PIN from their phone or the kitchen tablet, and their tasks are there when they open the app. If they do install it, they also get the notification on their phone.

What if it gets the name wrong?

It does not guess. A name is assigned only if it matches exactly one person on your team, exactly; if there are two Juans, or if someone says “Juanito”, the task is created unassigned and you hand it over. And everything that comes from voice is shown to you before it notifies anyone.

Does it work for a hotel with several outlets?

Yes. Every place people speak from — kitchen, bar, housekeeping, maintenance — is a location, and each task keeps its own. With the Groups plan, several sites in a single account.

Is it in every plan?

Creating, assigning and closing tasks, yes, in all of them. Dictating them out loud and the phone reminder come with the Pro plan.
